Started drawing digitally between 2016-2018, and so I've been seriously praticing to present days! I really enjoy watching animations, mainly Anime, animated films and others! I dream of entering animation community as well starting my own original Comic series! I keep my creativity alive by watching these animations, reading books/mangas/comics, listening to multiple genres of music, and searching for inusual fonts of inspirations, such as rhythm games!

— By requesting and placing the order with EmptyKrypty, the customer automatically agrees and must comply with the Service Terms below —

| ◆ the customer must be aware that every order is not a free sample, the customer must pay for the order. |
| ◇ Before requesting an order, inform the destination of the order (personal study, profile picture, gift... ). |
| ◆ All public sample permission must be credited to the artist of the order, as well as the artist publishing the customer's order, it must refer to the person who ordered it (informing the @, profiles in social networks...). |
| • USE OF ILLUSTRATION |
| When placing the order, its use will only be available for the customer's personal use . - commercial use, NFT, AI material and resale are not allowed. |
| • ORDER REJECTION |
| I have the TOTAL right to refuse the order request if it makes me uncomfortable, violates any right or restriction, or if I feel that I cannot execute it. |
| • REFERENCE |
| For an original character reference, of how the client wants the character to be, it is mandatory to provide detailed text and provide images that assist in the production of the reference sheet or illustration (whether OC, Fan Art, etcetera). The customer can provide the image requirements being a customer's own drawing (it's ok if you, the customer, don't draw good, just try your best), artists, photography, other commissions, etcetera. Examples/inspiration images provided must credit the original author of that image. If the customer cannot find the information of the author of the image, justify it exactly where you found it or provide another image. Don't provide generated A.I images. |
| •RESTRICTIONS |
| ◇ The customer – is not allowed to – make modifications, alterations, copies of the order, and publish them in this way. - remove watermarks. - get profit&credit for the received order. - Use the order as material for AI (Artificial intelligence), be it inspiration for the robot or generate new images. — ◇ The customer – has permission to - Use in social network profile (Profile Photo, Wallpaper, Icon, Thumbnails, etcetera). - Use as a Reference for orders (whether for future ones of mine or for other artists). - Destiny to gift someone else. - personal studies about art. - reference to RPG (Role Playing Game) - the customer requests that the order not be published. |
| •PAYMENT |
| ◆Payment Methods: transfers & donations with Ko-fi / Paypal . ◇Pay the full amount in advance. ◆ A picture/photo/screenshot of the proof is required after the payment. |
| •REFUNDS&CANCELLATIONS |
| ◇Refunds can only be made if the customer cancels their comissions BEFORE receive the initial draft. ◆Full refund is given if the customer doesn't receive updates at all or didn't receive the sketch after three(3) weeks after payment. Or if I have to cancel your comission for any personal reason. ◇in case of the Client canceling the artwork's process after payment, refund will not be granted. Canceled artworks may be re-used & re-made in another project (Personal or not). |

| ◇The start of the comission begins after the payment proof. ◆The overall process can vary, but take up to some days or to weeks, depending on the order, comission queue & my disposal. ◇The client will receive updates of the comission periodically at most of the artwork's steps & progress. And, with politeness & respect (without demanding it to much), the client can request for these updates when available. |

Sheet of the character's face expressions, personality.• I will be doing sheets for own characters(persona/fursona), OC (Original character), human, anthro or animal; Characters from other media (Fan Art; anime, manga, manwa, series, games).
•You can order to create an OC Design (required a detailed text of how the client wants the character to be, it must contain images that can help in the production.) Or order for a Sheet of a already existing design.• Fan Art
Japanese/Chinese animation characters (Anime, Manga&Manwa);
Game Characters; Series Characters; And others.• Scenario
◇Simplified set scenario (either closed or open environment).
◆Artistic backdrops (colors/shapes/blends, no solid environment, character floating in space)• Content/theme
◇ Sensitive content - (Includes blood, heavy/tense theme, sweet gore/Pastel Gore, etcetera).
◆ Provocative content - (Includes lack of clothing or open clothing, nudity, provocative pose, sample upper body (waist, belly, chest, shoulders, neck), intimacy between characters, such as: hugs, kisses, petting, etcetera).– Extras –● Characters with simplified technological parts. Ex: Mecha, SteamPunk.
— Simplified parts limitations: robotic limbs; masks and accessories that refer to something technological or SteamPunk. Requests for mecharobots or similar items will NOT be accepted.● Order "versions". for example: First image of the character with a mask, and the second image without a mask. (This does not mean I will draw two illustration from zero)
— Versions are limited to: hand poses; character expression; colors; apparent accessories and among others that are minimal details. That is, do NOT request for versions that completely change: body poses; clothes; theme; etcetera.
◇ I DON'T DOComponent/theme ●
◆ Sensitive content- that refers to self-harm and self-declaration/reference of suicide, murder or any threat from real people or non-original characters (other OCs, or artists themselves, famous media).
• There are exceptions to debate for themes with historical reference or history of original fictional characters.◇Provocative content- that is overly explicit, genitals, gory sexual theme, sexual act between characters (whether OCs or media), any reference to rape, harassment, etcetera.• These restrictions are included in Reference Sheets. Eg: ahegao expression sheets (explicit expressions of pleasure), or action sheets with suggestive poses or that are extremely complex.Scenarios/backgrounds ●

◇ Use images or drawings by other artists to complement the illustration.
